We’re Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson — a husband and wife culinary team based in Logan, Utah. Anne-Marie brings a lifelong passion for baking and pastry rooted in her upbringing in Romania, sharpened through years of crafting meals for private clients in Los Angeles and cooking for large church gatherings. Matt spent 25+ years in professional kitchens, trained in New Orleans, and now teaches culinary arts at Bridgerland Technical College. Together, we also teach weekend culinary classes at BTECH — and bring that same hands-on standard to every custom cookie and marshmallow we make.
