Standard Turnaround
Orders under 100 cookies generally ship within 1–2 business days of design approval. Orders over 100 require at least 5 business days advance notice. We are two chefs making everything by hand, from scratch — not a factory. All orders are subject to availability.
Minimums
12 cookies (1 dozen) minimum for all custom orders. 3 sample/proof cookies available for the cost of shipping only — a great way to try before you commit to a full order.
Shipping Cost
USPS Priority Mail shipping is charged at cost and calculated based on your order size and destination within Utah. Shipping cost is confirmed before your order is finalized.
Custom Logo Design
If you need a logo or artwork created from scratch, a design fee applies. Bringing your own print-ready artwork avoids this charge. We’ll let you know upfront if a design fee is needed for your order.
Payment
We send a Stripe payment link once the order is confirmed and design is approved. No payment required to inquire.

USPS Priority Mail
All Utah shipments go out via USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 business days within the state. We know how to pack cookies so they arrive intact and looking beautiful.
Logan Pickup Available
If you’re local to Cache Valley, pickup at our Logan kitchen is available at no additional cost. We’ll coordinate a time that works for both of us.
Personal Delivery
We can personally deliver your order for a fee — a great option for local events, real estate offices, or time-sensitive drops. Subject to availability; mention it in your inquiry and we’ll confirm.
Plan Ahead for Events
For weddings and large events, we recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks in advance. For corporate orders, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. We are two chefs who make everything by hand. Plan ahead — the earlier you reach out, the more we can do.

Who pays for shipping?
You do — USPS Priority Mail shipping is charged at cost and added to your order total. The exact amount depends on your order size and delivery address within Utah. We confirm the shipping cost with you before finalizing any order.
Is there a fee for logo or artwork design?
Yes — if you need a logo or custom artwork created from scratch, a design fee applies. The best way to avoid this is to bring your own print-ready artwork (PNG or vector file works great). We’ll always let you know upfront if a design fee is needed before any work begins.
Do you ship outside of Utah?
Not currently. Our Utah Cottage Food License restricts sales to within the state. Within Utah, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, offer Logan pickup, and can personally deliver for a fee — subject to availability.
Can I see a proof before you bake?
Always. We prepare a digital mockup of your design and send it for your approval before a single cookie goes in the oven. You can request revisions — we don’t proceed until you’re happy.
What file formats work for logos and photos?
PNG or JPEG at high resolution works best for photos. For logos, vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the crispest results, but high-res PNG works well too. Email your files to sugaredupco@gmail.com after submitting the form.
How do you handle payment?
Once your order is confirmed and design is approved, we send a Stripe payment link. No payment is required to inquire or receive a quote. We typically require payment before production begins.

You can order 3 sample/proof cookies for the cost of shipping only — a great way to see the quality and printing before placing a full order. Yes — our sister company Lovage Bakery offers keto-friendly cookies and donuts developed by the same two chefs in the same kitchen. Head there to order, or mention it in your inquiry and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you do corporate accounts?
We’re happy to set up recurring corporate relationships — for example, a real estate office that wants branded cookies monthly. Reach out to discuss preferred pricing and scheduling for repeat orders.
